Precautions for Use

1. The following people must not administer this medicine Patients who have hypersensitivity on this medicine and the ingredients of this medicine


2. It must be administered cautiously to the following patients As this medicine contains Yellow #5 (sunset yellow FCF, Sunset Yellow FCF), it should be administered cautiously to patients who have medical history of hypersensitivity or allergy on this ingredient.


3. Do not administer the following drugs while taking this medicine. Since Vitamin B6 that is included in this medicine can diminish the application of Lebodopa, it should not be co-administered with Lebodopa.

4. The following people should consult with a physician or a pharmacist before administering this medicine.

1) Patients who are receiving treatment from a doctor
2) Pregnant women and lactating women

5. Immediate suspend administration and consult with a physician or a pharmacist in the following cases.
1) Consult with a doctor or a pharmacist if there is no improvement in symptoms after administering for about 1 month.
2) As skin sensitivity reaction such as hives, rash, itchiness, etc. can appear, if these symptoms occur, suspend administration and consult with a physician.
3) If symptoms such as loss of appetite, feeling of abdominal inflation, nausea, vomiting, loose feces, etc. suspend administration and consult with a physician or a pharmacist.
4) High-content of vitamin B6 (more than 1g per day) can generate neurotoxicity even after administering for a short time.
5) As this medicine contains high-content of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), it can generate neuropathy if administered more than 6 months.
6) Severe relaxation, low blood pressure, and respiratory disorder (respiratory difficulty, apnea) can occur for new born infants and infants.
7) If administered overdosage accidentally

6. Other Precautions when Administering this Medicine
1) Observe the determined indications and usage.
2) Long-term use of pyridoxine antagonist (i.e. hydralazine, isoniazid (IND), D-penicillamine, cycloserine), oral contraceptive containing alcohol and estrogen may induce vitamin B6 deficiency.
3) Tiamine can be deactivated due to 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).

7. Precautions for Storage
1) Keep out of reach of children.
2) Avoid direct sunlight and store it at a cool and less humid place tightly concealed.
3) Abstain misuse ∙ abuse, and do not put in another container to protect ∙ retain the quality.
